When you sign up for any of our monthly plans, you get assigned to a “Personal Course Specialist.”

This person will help you with 3 things:

  1. Help guide you through setting up your course website.
  2. Help guide you in adding your video course(s).
  3. Help guide you in promoting your course(s).

Once you sign up, you will be able to schedule a call with one of our Personal Course Specialists. This person will ensure you not only get set up correctly but give you tips on how to best launch your online course and so much more.

You do not need hosting if you choose the Hosted package. This includes a secure, unlimited hosting for your digital content. ClassMakr uses the best servers and networks to ensure your site is reliable and fast.

Yes. You can use a custom domain. For the Hosted package, if you don’t have a domain, we’ll provide you with a free classmakr.com (classmakr.com/yourDomain) domain name.

Yes. As long as you follow the directions giving when embedding your lesson videos, your video we remain private to outside users. Users who get access to your classes can watch your videos but will not be able to download or share your videos and lessons.

No worries, there are no long-term commitments or complicated contracts. If you decide that ClassMakr isn’t right for you, you can easily cancel your account from your dashboard at any time.
